【超级生活网 sUperLIFE.ca专讯】接下来要说的这间餐厅叫做Auberge du Pommier。虽然很多西餐厅都以“Canadian”菜式挂帅, 但众所周知,加拿大其实没有什么所谓地道菜,或本地菜。所有菜式的口味都是欧洲口味美式材料变出来的,先前介绍的Canoe以及Joey Bravo’s口味都较接近意大利菜,而Auberge Du Pommier则是法式Fusion, 单看室内环境的设计, 已经看得出相比较其他几间餐厅有别, 相信是法国餐厅那种保留传统情怀的原故。

人们常常都会把法式大餐挂在嘴边,加拿大又是一个法裔非常多的国家,传统法国菜餐厅应有尽有。所以有人可能会说,那么多正宗的法国菜,为什么我还要去一间Fusion的餐厅。其实不然,传统的法式菜肴的味道是非常奇怪的,很难让人适应。对于我们这些吃中餐长大的人,传统的法式菜肴可能更难接受。所以有时传统的法国菜并不会比Fusion(也就是口味经过调和)受欢迎,难道要不会吃的人,还装着很懂得品尝一样吗?

不过口味经过调和的菜式同样有做的好与坏之分,这间Auberge du Pommier可以算得上是比较好的的Fusion restaurant。
